Our restaurant features the famous Northeaster (Isan) dish, the green papaya salad, or somtom. Variations on the theme result in an endless variety of somtoms: blue-crab, black-crab, mixed fruits, young coconut, corn and green bean, angel-hair noodles and mushroom, green and purple cabbages, guava and tomato somtoms, to name just a few.

Green papaya salads are eaten with spicy-meat or rice sausages, garnished with pickled ginger, carrots, red-hot peppers, green beans, basil springs, lettuce and other vegetables. Piping hot soups underscore the zest.

Other popular dishes are barbecue pork and chicken marinated in our own secret sauce, and twice-cooked chicken with golden-fried garlic. Steamed sea-bass with lime and herbs, and hot and sour mixed seafood soup, are also local favorites.

Most of all, frequent visitors are enchanted by the pleasant charm of the restaurant's shady groves and the glittering sky and sea, which change constantly with nature's unpredictable moods.

Our feature dishes are somtoms of many kinds-blue crab somtom, fruit somtom, young coconut somtom, corn and green bean, angel-hair and mushroom, green and purple cabbage, deep-fried tiny fishes, and many many more.

To go with the somtoms are various northeastern sausages, with curried meat stuffing or sour rice and pork stuffing served with pickled ginger, carrots red-hot peppers, green beans and leaves of basil, peppermint and green lettuce.

Other favorites of our restaurant are marinated roast chickens, fried salted chicken with golden crispy-fried, chopped garlic. For soups there are fresh sea bass steamed with lime and herbs, hot and sour seafood soup or blue crabs, and mixed vegetable soups
